Website information

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we, us, or this website collect and use personal information when you visit this website, submit a request for quotation (RFQ), or contact us through the channels made available on the website.

The legal name and registered address of the business operating this website are being confirmed before launch. This policy therefore uses neutral references and does not claim compliance with any particular privacy law.

2. Information We Collect

Contact and business information

When you submit an RFQ, we collect your full name, work email address, company name, country or region, inquiry type, and confirmation that the information may be used to respond to the inquiry. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number and company website.

Inquiry and technical information

You may provide a product or product family, intended application, substrate, industry, required function, dimensions, quantity, preferred product form, temperature or electrical requirements, environmental or process conditions, adhesive or construction requirements, an existing product reference, current specification, current problem, reason for replacement, and additional notes.

Files you choose to upload

You may voluntarily upload a drawing, specification sheet, spreadsheet, document, product or application image, or other supported file for review with your RFQ.

Technical website information

Web servers process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser headers, and date and time, as needed to deliver and protect a website. The current public website does not include a visitor analytics or advertising tracker.

3. How We Use Information

  • To receive, review, and respond to RFQs and other inquiries.
  • To understand the requested product, application, and technical requirements.
  • To communicate about the product or project described in the inquiry.
  • To operate the website and protect the form from invalid or abusive submissions.
  • To maintain records reasonably needed for an inquiry, business administration, or applicable legal and accounting purposes.

The current website does not use submitted RFQ information for automated decision-making, behavioral advertising, or newsletter enrollment.

4. Processing Basis

Depending on your location and applicable law, personal information may be processed to respond to a request you initiated, to take steps you requested before a possible business relationship, with your consent where the form asks for it, or for legitimate business interests such as handling B2B inquiries and protecting the website. The applicable basis can depend on the context and the law that applies.

5. How We Share Information

RFQ information is sent to the configured recipient responsible for handling website inquiries. It is also processed through the technical systems needed to host the website, handle uploads, and deliver email. The identities, locations, and access arrangements of the production hosting and email service providers have not yet been confirmed and must be reviewed before launch.

The current website contains no advertising, retargeting, or social media tracking scripts. Broader business practices concerning the sale or sharing of personal information have not yet been documented and require confirmation before launch.

6. RFQ File Handling

Files submitted with an RFQ are used to understand or evaluate the inquiry. Supported files may be attached to the RFQ email. The temporary copy created by the website is deleted from the website server after the mail operation and is not intentionally added to the WordPress Media Library.

A file may remain in the recipient’s email system after successful delivery. Deleting the temporary website copy does not delete the attachment from that email system or from copies retained by the sender.

7. Data Retention

The RFQ form does not intentionally create a database record of the submission in WordPress. RFQ information and attachments may remain in the recipient’s email system and related business records.

No fixed retention period has been adopted. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, meet applicable legal or accounting obligations, or address a dispute. A formal retention schedule remains to be confirmed before launch.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

During logged-out testing of the current public website, no HTTP cookies were set. WordPress used browser session storage to record whether the browser supports its emoji display features. This functional value is limited to the browser session.

WordPress may use strictly necessary authentication and preference cookies when an authorized administrator signs in. The current public website does not include analytics or advertising cookies. Cookie use must be reviewed again if the production site adds analytics, advertising, embedded media, anti-spam services, or other third-party features.

9. International Visitors and Transfers

You may submit an inquiry from a country different from the location of the website operator, hosting infrastructure, email system, or inquiry recipient. This can result in information being processed across borders.

The production hosting location, email service provider, processing locations, and any transfer safeguards have not yet been confirmed. These details must be reviewed before the public launch.

10. Data Security

The website uses measures including form-session verification, input validation, a hidden anti-spam field, restricted upload types, a file-size limit, and deletion of temporary RFQ upload files after mail processing. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and withdrawing consent where processing relies on consent. These rights are not identical in every jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.

12. Contact Us About Privacy

For questions or requests concerning personal information submitted through this website, contact zoey_chow88@163.com. A dedicated privacy contact and the legal business identity remain to be confirmed before launch.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when website features, service providers, or information-handling practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will identify the current version.
